Job Details Status: Permanent, Full Time Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Discipline: Technology Solutions and Services Work Style: Hybrid Location: 115 Midair Court, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 5V1 Start Date: ASAP Internal Posting Deadline: December 27, 2025 Benefits Join an award‑winning "Top Employer" with meaningful and impactful career opportunities Access a health and wellness benefits program that supports you and your loved ones Grow and thrive with a dynamic, successful company through internal mobility opportunities Invest in your future through RRSP match benefits and an employee stock purchase program Experience a collaborative, diverse workforce that prioritizes dignity and respect for all How You Will Make a Difference Configure Endpoint Management platforms to suit the needs of the business (MECM/Intune) Manage Windows endpoints using modern management tools such as Azure AD and Windows Autopilot Centrally manage corporate mobile endpoints (iPhone, iPad, Samsung Mobile Phone) Support Telephony systems with troubleshooting and MACD Implement, operate, and maintain software distribution and upgrades to the various endpoints Lead or participate in projects to implement or enhance client endpoints and related systems Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) Work with vendors to support Lab Equipment by designing processes and support models Identify patterns and areas for improvement using data in assigned areas by applying scripting, automation, or application packaging and deployment methodologies Develop & deliver training for client endpoint solutions to all internal stakeholders Continuously create, review, and manage our internal documentation to ensure accuracy for our support teams and product handoff Provide insightful projections and recommendations for client performance, security, and stability Implement, document, and recommend configuration standards and train IT department staff on proper use of the firm’s mobile device management system according to established policies & procedures What You Bring To The Role 3+ Years of relevant work experience as part of Information Technology teams or related education Excellent knowledge/experience of Microsoft Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Strong experience in Android, iOS and Windows Device Enterprise Management Strong experience in iOS Supervised and Unsupervised Management Technical Skills 3+ years of relevant Endpoint management experience in an Enterprise PC environment 3+ years of experience with Windows, iOS and Android mobile device operating systems 2+ years of experience with deploying iOS Supervised controls and Apple Business Manager Experience in Microsoft365 environment Experience supporting VOIP systems Social Process Skills Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills Process oriented with a focus on continuous improvements Ability to work through tickets on a platform like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Good problem-solving skills, seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment with rapidly changing priorities Influencing – ability to impact decisions within and outside functional area within the context and prescribed limits established by the immediate manager Collaborative and customer service oriented Additional Information Might require travel to other cities Working on multiple projects and ability to prioritize Should be able to lift at least 20 pounds to be able to lift and carry equipment to different sites and locations Passionate about supporting healthy lives with commitment and care?
