Dental Equipment Sales Specialist - Western Canada (M/F/x)
Location: Western Canada (Located in Vancouver or Calgary)

As a part of our North American sales team in Canada, we are looking to add a
** Digital Equipment Sales Specialist** to the team, based in either Vancouver or Calgary. The
**Digital Equipment Sales Specialist** will be responsible for driving sales of the digital equipment product portfolio across the dental market across western Canada.
Essential Responsibilities
- Introduce, sell and promote the company’s digital integrated systems solutions for existing and new products / systems to drive sales
- Respond to all inquiries regarding the digital workflow portfolio prior to sales and installation (scanners, machines, computers, hardware & Software, digital materials, services)
- Visit and maintain regular contacts with dental technicians, practice labs, dental practices, colleges, schools, universities and opinion leaders
- Advise and provide training solutions to universities, DT schools, social & digital dental education institutes and opinion leaders in close alignment with the Ivoclar Academy team
- Organize courses and events in collaboration with the national Ivoclar Academy team
- Support the existing internal and external Ivoclar Lab and Dentist sales force
- Advise and support the Ivoclar Lab and Dentist sales force by conducting Ivoclar Digital presentations (workflow solutions, hardware & software, materials)
- Collaborate closely with Global and Local Customer Care organization and processes e.g. customer request, complaint, etc. to maximize customer satisfaction to become the best customer care company in dentistry
- Observation of market demands, competition, distribution methods and activities in order to enhance the Sales Management in its strategic decisions
- Support and develop ideas for future promotions e.g. added value promotions which will drive the attractiveness of the integrated system solution
- Maintain existing customer base, acquire new customers and broaden the usage Ivoclar product categories at the customer
- Implement and comply with the CRM strategy by using Salesforce system on a daily routine to maximize the potential
- Prepare within the team local digital exchange meetings to drive knowledge by sharing best practices, update on market trends, competition, sales tactics, etc.
- Support the companies brand strategy to strengthen the Ivoclar Group at all customer touchpoints of your responsible area e.g. trainings, events, etc.
Your Qualifications
- Must have sales experience preferrerably within the digital dental equipment space
- Dental technical a plus with knowledge of CAD/CAM technology and digital workflows (scan, design, materials, mill, print)
- IT skills, technical skills, knowledge of additional languages would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills, ability to mediate and influence, ability to work under pressure, flexibilty, independent and proactive approach to work
- Ability to travel 50% plus
