Our Warehouse Team ensures that product arrives in the facility in a coordinated manner and leave as high-quality electrical devices. This includes responsibility over all aspects of the movement and storage of the product, ensuring materials are ready for other team members, and finished goods are packed and shipped out efficiently.

Our warehouse associates are key members of each facility and works very closely with the production and quality areas of Ardea Technologies. They will ensure that incoming deliveries of product are unloaded, recorded, moved safely to the storage location, and then pulled for use, as production requires. Both raw materials and finished goods will be the responsibility of the Warehouse Coordinator and they will be accountable for the accurate recording of inventory movement.

Primary Duties
- Use our ERP system ARGO to its full extent
- Bring fresh thinking about Quality to our Company
- Adhere to all ISO procedures and work instructions
- Work with Coordinators on raw material deliveries and facilitate the unloading and storage of inventory into the appropriate area
- Facilitate warehouse duties including materials movement, data input into ERP, tracking, packaging, shipping, storage, and distribution or shipment of finished goods
- Receive, unload, verify, and document the quantity of the raw material received from raw material supplier.
- Prepare warehouse booking record for incoming raw materials: goods receive form; goods return form; inventory list, and report to Finance
- Continuously drive for process improvement and efficiencies in a warehouse environment which supports manufacturing.
- Participate in Corrective Action/Preventative Action (CAPA) to determine risk and root causes of nonconformance
- Support Plant Manager with special projects and workflow improvements as required.
- Regularly inspect and perform good housekeeping of our work environment
- Work with internal and external customers to ensure consistently high quality
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent problem solving and inspection skills with a focus on quality
- Ability to read English and communicate effectively with teammates
- Ability to handle extended periods of static tasks with alertness but also the ability to multitask
- Experience and knowledge in many areas of the manual and automated manufacturing process
- Minimum of 1 year experience driving a forklift in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with valid forklift credentials
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook,
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Ability to provide proof of a clean criminal record check
- Provide proof of previous or current forklift certification
- Provide proof of ability to work in Canada
