**Position Overview**

The core mission of the fulfillment coordinator is to ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The Fulfillment Coordinator acts as an “air traffic controller”, diligently directing the flow of daily orders. They work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked and shipped according to schedule, and also with our customers to provide support and resolve any order-related issues.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Act as main contact for customers and communicate on all elements of the order fulfillment process
- Process customer orders in WMS
- Create pick jobs (as required)
- Physically check orders for accuracy and completeness before shipping.
- Produce order paperwork including bill of materials, packing slips etc (as required)
- Produce B13’s and other customs documents (as required)
- Work with Operations Lead and warehouse team to facilitate shipping and logistics; organize shipments and pickups with Fedex, Purolator and other common carriers (as required)
- Maintain a thorough understanding of orders/inventory to ensure nothing is missed in the fulfillment process
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, inventory and fulfillment times as required
- Maintain high level of professionalism through effective communication among employees and customers
- On-going communication with Operations Lead to ensure proper handling of customer satisfaction
- Maintain high level of professionalism through effective communication among the entire team
- Maintain an exceptionally tidy and well-organized workspace
- Attend daily pulse meeting with Operations Lead and other Managers where applicable
- Other duties as assigned

**Technical Skills**:

- MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with WMS systems and RF scanners

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in 3PL operations or fulfillment logistics
- Experience in customer service or customer success management desired
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma desired

**Salary**: $52,000.00 per year
