**Job Description**:
As a Warehouse Leadhand your responsibilities include:

- Working closely with the Warehouse supervisor;
- Oversees all aspects of picking orders, processing through Put to Store, closing routes, packing orders;
- Checking for shorts, opening and closing routes,
- Monitoring equipment in the shipping area in order to have everything working in a safe manner
- Coordinate the work of a team of employees and reporting any issues with supervisor
- Ensuring the health and safety of workers;
- Maintain effective communication with warehouse manager and supervisor in order to serve customers.

**Qualifications**:
To join our team you need:

- Strong understanding of Napa Warehousing (including shipping/receiving, picking shelving new mechanize);
- Rigorous organizational skills and control of procedures;
- Team player and recognized communication skills;
- Knowledge of NAPA computers systems including WM.
