**Warehouse Lead Coordinator.**

**Description**:
The GES Warehouse Lead/Coordinator is responsible for providing the necessary leadership to ensure that the warehouse team achieves stated goals in the four key business areas: People, Quality, Service and Cost.

**Job Duties/Expectations**
- Ability to work in a high performance work team environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrates superb communication and facilitation skills
- Capable of travel for meetings and training
- Displays a high sense of urgency for customer service to sales
- Ability to learn several interrelated systems and work efficiently on them
- Monitors and drives Key Performance Measures for the facility
- Coordinate warehouse activities
- Assist management with warehouse team leadership through coaching and feedback
- Assist with regulatory compliance
- Support / Manage the product ordering process
- Assist management with labor management
- Inventory control
- Support/Coordinate all aspects of facility management (Maintenance, supplies procurement, contracts, etc.)
- Solve daily operational issues
- Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
- Organize and facilitate work team meetings (examples: pre-shift)
- Administer policies and practices
- Conduct presentations and formal training programs

Qualifications:
**Base Requirements and Skills**:

- 1 - 3 years of sales/supply chain experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- PepsiCo Foods order management transaction processing experience
- PepsiCo Foods Field Sales Operations/Plant experience preferred
- Working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle, PWM, IPM/ICS
- Demonstrated Capability of the FLNA SAP solution
- Must hold strong follow up skills and embrace top level service environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/E-mail capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
