**Old Yale Brewing** Old Yale Brewing is on the lookout for a **Marketing Manager** to join our team on a **14-month maternity leave contract**. If you’re a creative, organized and strategic marketer ready to lead our Marketing Team, this is your opportunity to make an impact. You’ll work independently and with the team to develop, implement and oversea our strategic marketing plan, ensuring we continue to make waves in the craft beer community

**ABOUT THE ROLE**: Reporting to The PERA Group’s Brand & Marketing Strategist, you’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Team and the extended Old Yale Brewing Team. As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the key driver behind our brand’s marketing success while steering the ship during this exciting contract period.

**DAY-TO-DAY**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Strategist to develop and oversee the execution of Old Yale Brewing’s strategic marketing plan.
- **Program Development**: Transform strategic plans into actionable marketing programs and initiatives, ensuring top-notch execution.
- **Brand Stewardship**: Act as the primary custodian of Old Yale Brewing’s brand standards, maintaining consistency across all aspects of the organization.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze the competitive landscape, leveraging insights to shape marketing campaigns.
- **Asset Development**: Drive the creation of key marketing assets, including campaign creatives, product launches, and brand extensions.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Sales, Hospitality, and Production teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- **Brand Growth**: Seek out opportunities to grow brand awareness, drive consumer loyalty, and boost product sales.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports, analyzing campaign effectiveness.
- **Budget Management**: Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- **Team Leadership**: Guide, support, and inspire the Marketing Team to achieve their best work.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all marketing efforts comply with liquor laws and regulations.
- **Hands-On Approach**: Be ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle various tasks as needed.

**TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is an asset.
- Proven ability to create compelling brand content and campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and stickler for brand standards.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and positive team leader with excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt within a continually evolving environment.

This in-office role offers a dynamic and flexible work environment. While your primary schedule will be weekdays, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in occasional evening and weekend initiatives that enhance our brand presence. Some travel may be required, with advance notice provided to ensure smooth planning.
