**About the role**
As a Marketing Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy to drive growth and enhance brand equity. You will lead the setting of the annual financial and budget targets for your respective Brands along with the development of the annual strategic plan to deliver the established targets. You will work collaboratively with the commercial Team to track and deliver against the key financial targets and will develop 5P strategies to facilitate an optimal execution of the Brand strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing omni commerce marketing campaigns, managing brand assets, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the marketing team (creative and market research), key stakeholders, sales and execution teams, to achieve the brand strategic and financial objectives and deliver a compelling experience to our target audience.
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000.

**What you’ll be doing**
- **Brand Strategy Development**: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
- **Annual Strategic Plan**: Establish annual strategic commercial plans to achieve targets.
- **Monthly Discipline**: Work collaboratively with the commercial team to ensure plans are in place to deliver financial and Brand targets.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and analyze omni commerce marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve sales targets.
- **Brand Identity Management**: Maintain and enhance the brand identity, including logos, taglines, and visual assets, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- **Market Research**: Work with the market research team to order and review market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use insights to inform brand strategy.
- **Content Creation**: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and other assets that convey the brand's message effectively.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI.
- **Performance Metrics**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the marketing team (creative and market research), key stakeholders, and execution teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging.
- **Crisis Management**: Prepare for and respond to brand-related crises, protecting and enhancing the brand's reputation.
**What we’re looking for**
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is an asset.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Working knowledge of branding principles, marketing strategies, and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as analytics platforms, social media management tools, and graphic design software.
