The Eckels/Quatic group of companies are medium size, fast growing manufacturing and distributing companies.

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact for our clients across North America, including Quebec, and spends a substantial amount of time communicating with them over the phone. You are fluent in English and French, and responsible for responding to telephone orders and inquiries, making outbound service calls, processing product orders, updating client records, assembling information materials for distribution and providing warehouse support. This role is best suited for individuals who have demonstrated organizational skills; have the ability to work independently and prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated to complete all tasks with 100% accuracy and full accountability; possess effective problem solving skills; enjoy dealing with people and are task and detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line contact for customers by handling inbound customer inquiries via multiple communication channels.
- Process orders received by phone, fax and online, and enter customer record updates and return authorizations.
- Review French translation of communication materials.
- Support Digital Marketing department with translation of online marketing materials.
- Build relationships and loyalty with clients through friendly and efficient service.
- Complete accurate transactions with a sense of urgency and an eye for detail.
- Take appropriate action to effectively resolve service issues.
- Interact with co-workers to discuss work priorities and projects.
- General AP functions: Check, verify and process invoices; prepare cheques; sort, code and enter account payable data; analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices; maintain vendor files
- General AR functions: Prepare and send customer invoices; code, post and receipts payments
- Capable of producing reports by extracting, manipulating data from various sources.
- Filing and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and ISO9001:2015 Environmental Management system standard.
- Provide input on how to enhance the client service experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing self learner who enjoys dealing with people.
- Good listening skills and professional telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail & highly organized.
- Ability to deal with clients in a tactful effective and professional manner.
- Computer literacy with good keyboard and internet navigation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity working with an Accounting/ERP system and/or graphics software would be an asset
- Punctual and committed to work schedule.
- Team focused but able to work independently as required.
- Possess Analytical & Problem solving skills
- High school diploma or higher.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
