**Your Role**:
As our Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will be the friendly face of Foundations, ensuring our patients feel welcome and cared for throughout their visit. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be put to great use as you handle client interactions and administrative tasks seamlessly. You will be involved in scheduling appointments, managing billing, maintaining patient flow, and assisting with social media/marketing projects to spread the message of good health.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Warm, friendly, and engaging personality - a natural people-person
- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical record software, preferably JaneApp
- Adept at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Perks and Compensation**:
This fantastic opportunity is available immediately, offering a competitive pay rate of $19.00 to $22.00/hr based on experience. With approximately 37-40 hours of earnings per week, you'll enjoy a stable and fulfilling career.
