**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assume all tasks and responsibilities inherent to his position or which may be entrusted to him
- Communicate with suppliers, as needed, to follow up on interviews and/or inspections
- Coordinate all inspections with building operations (write purchase orders, verify and process invoices, perform appropriate follow-ups, file documents)
- Maintain up-to-date information related to inspections in the department's various monitoring tools
- Participate in the preparation of tenders for fire protection inspection contracts in collaboration with the manager

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or clerical work
- Ease in the use of computer tools
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
