Mission35 Mortgages is seeking a personable and detail-oriented professional to become an Office Administrator.

Experience in the mortgage industry is an asset, but not required.

As an Office Administrator your tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology systems and software
- Scheduling our daily online academy classes on Teams
- Organizing and maintaining the academy class database on Thinkific
- Document and file support to mortgage agents, including document packages and compliance
- Communicating with lender partners, business partners, and mortgage agents
- Managing phone calls made to head office and distributing leads
- Other office administration duties as assigned

The pay rate will depend on experience from $18-$25 an hour plus incentives and great growth opportunities.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON L8N 2B9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
