**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM or Risk) and Business Continuity Management (BCM or Continuity) Programs, the Program Manager, BCM and ERM Programs is responsible for leading the annual program deliverables needed to maintain currency of the BCM and ERM plans and related outputs; (including for labour and other confidential business areas).

Responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with the critical function and risk business owners, collaboration work with risk and continuity consultants, and the design and delivery of training and education programs for stakeholders to minimize the GTAA’s exposure to business interruption, corporate, operational, and other risks. This role will also identify and drive continuous improvement in the delivery of Continuity and Risk programs as well as related services to stakeholders.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead the annual program deliverables to meet the requirements of the BCM program’s governance framework, including facilitating the critical function owner reviews of their business impact assessment; developing and maintenance of their related business continuity plans and other output needed to continually improve and mature the resilience of critical functions against service level metrics during a disruption Influence and drive the business continuity owner relationships to foster trust and advise on BCM standard methodologies, including through advisory and working groups
- Handle the cyclical service requirements of the ERM program’s governance framework, including running a risk register approach and facilitating senior and executive management reviews to identify and mitigate risk factors that could pose higher threats/ opportunities to the GTAA’s business (corporate and/or airport operations)
- Influence and drive the risk owner relationships to foster trust and advise on ERM standard methodologies for management, including through working groups and one-on-one sessions Design, develop and deliver training and education programs to promote a culture of resilience with stakeholders, including contributing to exercise programs
- Manage and supervise resulting corrective actions and program reporting approaches of BCM material using automated tools such as dashboards metrics to facilitate management decision-making
- Recommend BCM service and program improvements for review to continually advance program maturity
- Design, develop and deliver training and education programs to promote a risk-based culture with stakeholders
- Manage and supervise controls and risk mitigation activities and reporting approaches such as dashboard metrics of ERM material using automated tools to facilitate executive management decision-making in reducing enterprise-wide risk exposure
- Recommend ERM service and program improvements for review to continually advance program maturity Support other duties as assigned
- Future consideration of direct reports

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree and/or College Diploma required
- 5 years of business experience in enterprise risk/ business continuity programs management and project management preferred
- 3 years of business experience in Industry or industry-related experience (aviation, transportation, etc.)
- Valid Ontario driver’s license
- Able to acquire and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Program or Project Management
- Proficiency in Office 365, with strong proficiency in SharePoint and report tools such as PowerBI
- Relevant industry recognized certification in Enterprise Risk Management (CRM), Business Continuity (ABCP) or Project Management (PMP) designation, would be an asset
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills are required to advance these enterprise-wide programs
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills are required to maintain and strengthen relationships and work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment
