Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?
- En collaboration avec tes futurs collègues, tu assureras le bon déroulement du développement web dans l’une des équipes de travail tout en faisant partie intégrante d’une grande équipe en croissance.- Concevoir et développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour nos sites internet et intranet-
- Être impliqué dans la conception et l'évolution de l'architecture-
- Développer, mettre à jour et maintenir les sites internet et intranet de notre réseau-
- Participer à divers projets spéciaux de développement web-
- Participer à l'analyse et aux décisions dans les projets, nous suivons la méthode Scrum, tu seras donc appelé à jouer un rôle dans différents événements récurrents de sprint grooming, planning, retrospective, daily scrum avec ton équipe de travail;-
- Communiquer avec les autres membres de l'équipe lors des différentes phases du projet, de l'analyse, en passant par la réflexion des solutions techniques détaillées, jusqu’à la mise en ligne; et ce, en passant par l'assurance qualité.Tu joindras une grande équipe d'expérience et en croissance, qui ont l'habitude d'intégrer des nouveaux joueurs à l'équipe. L'équipe fait du développement en continu de plusieurs sites internet et de plateformes numériques recevant plus de 10 millions de visites par mois. Les projets auxquels tu serais amené à toucher te seront attribué en fonction du contexte lors de ton stage avec nous (tout bouge vite ici ), mais aussi selon tes intérêts.

Ce qu’il te faut pour être stagiaire en développement web chez nous?- Étudiant en informatique ou toute autre formation pertinente;-
- Connaissance des langages et technologies tels que : Java et Spring-
- Être responsable et autonome-
- Joueur d’équipe-
- Intérêt marqué pour le domaine du web-
- Adaptabilité lors de situations imprévues et de changements-
- Bonne capacité de synthèse avec un bon jugementQuel sera ton environnement technologique ?- Développement effectué dans l’environnement de Docker;-
- Infrastructure robuste et performante pour soutenir des millions de visiteurs, haute disponibilité;-
- Java, Spring, MySQL, React, CSS/SCSS/SASS;-
- Gestion des sources avec Git;-
- Déploiement continu (plusieurs fois par jour) et code review sous l’outil Gitlab;-
- Intégration et utilisation d’une multitude de produits sous Amazon Web Service tel que S3, Aurora, RDS, Redshift, SES, SQS, EKS, Cloudfront, etc.-
- Infrastructure as Code avec Terraform, Ansible;Ce qui t’attend - Une formule de télétravail hybride et flexible qui te permet de travailler de la maison sans devoir te présenter un minimum de journées au bureau par semaine;-

- Une collaboration dans un environnement méthodologique Scrum/AgileC'est une belle opportunité pour une personne qui souhaite toucher à différentes technologies et qui souhaite contribuer tout en apprenant. C'est aussi une belle opportunité si tu souhaites travailler dans un environnement où le processus de développement web est mature et où tu toucheras à tous les étapes du cycle de développement. Les employés/stagiaires ont accès chez nous à des activités de formation tels que : Lunch & Learn, accès à des livres sur place, revues de code.

L'équipe technologique est actuellement constituée d’environ 90 professionnels. Les équipes de travail sont divisées en petites escouades, composées de Développeurs, Lead développeurs, Analystes en assurance qualité, Chargé de projets, Scrum Master et Product owner.
