Sales & Business Development for Contracting Firm

Hello,
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Contracting firm. We are looking for someone that has a vast knowledge in sales, and is capable of finding different methods to bring in sales to our company.
- We are looking for different bid websites, and source different contracting projects to bid
- Contacting individuals within your own data base that may be interested in having a quotation for Construction services.
- Upkeep of different social media sites, ensuring new content is added regularly
- Managing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Ensuring that our internet advertising company is targetting the correct keywords for Construction services, suggesting other keywords and following the rankings ensuring improvements.
- Managing PPC (Pay Per Click Advertising) Speaking directly with our PPC contractor and managing the keywords that we are targetting, ensuring that they are the top chose keywords to target Commercial Cleaning
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Work Location: In person
