Voila.ca is a new team dedicated to launching and scaling Sobeys new e-commerce grocery home delivery business. This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up within a larger organization. You will help launch and operate a new brand in the Ontario and Quebec markets powered by Ocado Group’s world-leading e-commerce grocery platform. **Ready to Make an impact?**:
We are looking for a **Business-to-Business Specialist** who will perform a unique role within the Voila team to grow our B2B customer base and service the existing B2B customers (many of which will be transitioned from the Longo’s Grocery Gateway business). These accounts contribute ~$6M annual sales and we have an opportunity to grow these accounts to 5-7% of the total Voila business volume (per Ocado benchmarks), making this a key initiative in Voila’s growth plan.

**Here’s where you’ll be focusing**:

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential business customers for Voila ecommerce products or services.
- Partnership Development: Identify potential partners and develop relationships with them to expand Voila consumer base or product offerings.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, to grow the company's customer base.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams, such as Marketing, Voila Operations and Customer Service, to achieve Voila’s results.
- Account Servicing: Acting as key liaison for all business accounts, including support with special orders, invoicing, negotiation of contracts, set-up of special promotions and on-going individual support.

**What you have to offer**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in Business-to-Business marketing or sales experience, preferably in ecommerce
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or Retail/Ecommerce (MA or MBA preferred)
- Either grocery or retail industry experience an asset
- Sales / business development experience an asset
- Bilingual in English and French an asset
