**Responsibilities**:

**In this role, you'll**:

- Evangelize our radically simple, all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, ensuring customers fully grasp Pure’s total value proposition
- Build and invest in relationships with customers to establish Pure’s value, continually driving the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to make sure all internal resources are engaged to execute and win new Pure Customers
- Drive and manage a healthy and robust pipeline of sales activity in the **Greater Montreal Area** to ensure quarterly and annual quotas are met or exceeded

**Votre rôle consistera à**:

- Faire la promotion de notre technologie de stockage d’entreprise et de nos solutions de données radicalement simples et basées entièrement sur la mémoire flash, en veillant à ce que les clients comprennent pleinement la proposition de valeur totale de Pure.
- Établir et investir dans les relations avec les clients pour révéler la valeur de Pure, en obtenant continuellement les meilleures notes de satisfaction clientèle de l’industrie.
- Diriger des équipes de poursuite et élaborer des plans de compte pour s’assurer que toutes les ressources internes sont engagées pour servir les clients de Pure et en gagner de nouveaux.
- Favoriser et gérer un pipeline sain et robuste d’activités de vente dans la **région métropolitaine de Montréal **pour s’assurer que les quotas trimestriels et annuels sont atteints ou dépassés.

Qualifications:

- Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges
- Avid hunter with proven prospecting skills, consistently opening doors to new customers and navigating seamlessly between the boardroom and the data center while passionately positioning the advantages of a Pure Storage solution
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication, able to build relationships easily and deepen them over time
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency
- Expertise leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, while fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with Partners
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
- Passionate about post-sales customer success
- 5 + years of outside sales with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development; consistently delivering $5-$10M per year in revenues

- Capacité d’évaluer, de planifier et de gérer activement un territoire afin d’en maximiser les revenus et l’efficacité.
- Expertise dans la direction d’un processus de vente complexe avec plusieurs intervenants, tout en favorisant le travail d’équipe et la responsabilité partagée à l’interne et avec les partenaires.
- Capacité éprouvée à dépasser les quotas et à stimuler les affaires de manière quantifiable.
- Passion pour le succès des clients après la vente.
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en vente à l’externe, en mettant l’accent sur l’acquisition de nouveaux logos ou le développement des affaires, en générant constamment des revenus de 5 à 10 M$ par année.
