Dans votre nouveau rôle de directeur de comptes de grandes entreprises, vous aidez les entreprises à saisir la myriade de possibilités qu’offre la transformation numérique. Pour y arriver, vous déstabilisez le client en lui proposant de nouvelles solutions qui renforceront la relation. En outre, vous avez la chance de travailler en collaboration avec certains des fournisseurs de solutions et services informatiques les plus réputés d’Amérique du Nord.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- En vendant autrement. Nous ne vendons pas comme les autres. À Softchoice, les conversations avec le client sortent de l’ordinaire. Nous présentons de nouvelles notions, remettons en question les idées préconçues et adaptons les propositions après une étude approfondie de l’industrie. Les relations sont importantes, mais nous prenons les commandes en nous distinguant par notre approche unique et intuitive pour atteindre les objectifs du client.
- En ayant des qualités de chef et de collaborateur. Vous êtes un professionnel des ventes discipliné et passionné. Vous êtes à l’aise de faire des appels spontanés et désireux de rencontrer les clients, actuels ou nouveaux. Vous travaillez avec nos partenaires et êtes capable de collaborer avec des dirigeants d’entreprises technologiques parmi les plus novatrices, pour offrir de nouvelles solutions audacieuses. Vous réalisez tout cela en ayant à cœur le bien-être de vos collègues, un excellent sens des affaires, une capacité de gestion hors pair et des qualités de chef lorsque de nouveaux défis se présentent.

**Vos compétences**:

- Une expérience d’au moins 3 années dans la vente interentreprises (B2B), la création et l’exécution d’un plan de gestion de territoire.
- Un atout, si l’expérience a été acquise dans un domaine technologique pertinent.
- Une personnalité déterminée et passionnée, qui fonce pour trouver de nouveaux clients, dénicher des occasions d’affaires et développer un réseau.
- D’excellentes aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais.
- Une capacité d’offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et de développer des relations interpersonnelles hors pair de façon assidue.
- Une bonne compréhension de la technique de vente de solutions et de la création de valeur pour les clients.
- De solides compétences organisationnelles et en matière de résolution de problèmes et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Une motivation intrinsèque et la capacité de travailler avec autonomie tout comme en équipe.
- Un diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent.
