Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Roma Fence. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and ensuring that customers receive the necessary materials to complete their projects.

You will respond to customer inquiries, provide follow-up to ensure solutions, and handle inquiries from customers through inbound calls and walk-ins. Additionally, you will make outbound calls to existing clients to promote selling opportunities, process billing and payments, and maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.

You will also assist with daily administrative work, including data entry, filing, copying, and other tasks as assigned. A high level of communication with internal and external channels is essential for this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a construction environment
  • Sales experience is an asset
  • A friendly and professional phone demeanor
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
  • A team-oriented work approach with the ability to work independently
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
