Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Roma Fence is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and ensuring that customers receive the necessary materials. You will also respond to customer inquiries, provide follow-up to ensure solutions, and handle inquiries from customers through inbound calls and walk-ins.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and ensure appropriate materials are given to customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up to assure solutions
  • Handle inquiries from customers through inbound calls and walk-ins
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients to promote selling opportunities
  • Process billing and payments
  • Maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop solution(s) to best meet their needs
  • Assist with daily administrative work: data entry, filing, copying, etc
  • Assist with contract administration
  • Maintain a high level of communication with all internal and external channels

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of customer service experience (within a construction environment is an asset)
  • Sales experience is an asset
  • A friendly and professional phone disposition
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
  • Must have a team-oriented work approach with the ability to work independently
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
