Job Summary

Roma Fence is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and ensuring that customers receive the necessary materials and support.

Responsibilities
  • Generate sales and provide customers with the necessary materials and support
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up to ensure solutions are implemented
  • Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls and walk-ins
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients to promote selling opportunities
  • Process billing and payments
  • Maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and copying
  • Assist with contract administration
  • Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a construction environment
  • Sales experience is an asset
  • Friendly and professional phone demeanor
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented work approach with ability to work independently
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
