Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Roma Fence is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales of residential, commercial, and institutional fence products
  • Expand customer base through cold calling and lead generation
  • Return calls for leads within 24-48 hours
  • Follow up on quotations and submit tender documents
  • Prospect for new projects through networking, research, and consultation
  • Work with installation team to assess and address change orders
  • Promote product lines and turn in contracts with necessary documents
  • Other sales-related duties
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in inside/outside sales, preferably in the fencing/construction industry
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Track record of sales success and demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Flexible to work some evenings and weekends as needed
  • Motivated, collaborative, results-oriented, competitive, and customer-focused
  • Team-focused and able to work closely with managers and other internal departments
  • Must hold and maintain a current and valid G Ontario Driver's License and have own transportation
