Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Roma Fence is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales of residential, commercial, and institutional fence products
  • Expand customer base through cold calling and lead generation
  • Return calls for leads within 24-48 hours
  • Follow up on quotations and prospect for new projects
  • Create take-offs and submit tender documents
  • Maintain high-level communication with internal and external channels
  • Work with installation team to assess and address change orders
  • Promote product lines and turn in contracts
  • Other sales-related duties
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in inside/outside sales, with fencing/construction industry experience an asset
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Track record of sales success and customer service excellence
  • Flexible to work some evenings and weekends
  • Motivated, collaborative, results-oriented, competitive, and customer-focused
  • Team-focused and able to work closely with managers and internal departments
  • Valid G Ontario Driver's License and own transportation
