The team also leads the Ministry's internal and public reporting on priority policy initiatives, assessing how well policy implementation is addressing the mandate for change and telling the story of the impact achieved.

Why should I join?
As a leader in the Strategic Policy Division, you will be at the centre of the efforts to solve some of the toughest challenges in social services.

Each of these four roles presents opportunity for people leaders who thrive on driving change while cultivating high-performing and inclusive teams, and who understand how to use their impact and influence to modernize and improve policies, programs, and operations.
