**Job Summary**

Hallmark is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Truro, NS. This position is responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. The Customer Service Representative will interact with clients to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve issues.

**Qualifications**
**High School Diploma or equivalent preferred**
1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
**Excellent written and verbal communication skills**
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
**Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines**
