Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Reception & Office Coordinator to join their dynamic team in the South East As an established family-owned and operated organization, our client is a leader in bringing innovation and quality to family homes in Calgary. **Responsibilities**:
- Welcome guests and direct them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Create spreadsheets and enter data in Excel.
- Support preparation of reports and documents as needed.
- Book and set up meeting rooms.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for employees and clients.
- Order office supplies and handle company clothing orders.
- Follow up with printing and photocopying requests.
- Additional administrative support as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in a business administrative capacity is well regarded.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle private documents carefully.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional composure.
- Self-motivated and able to work well independently.
- Flexible to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
This is a comfortable Monday to Friday work week from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Hiring is underway, and we are looking forward to speaking with you
