**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience in clinic office management
- 2+ years prior experience with Motor vehicle accident/WSIB paperwork and billing procedures
- Proactive management style
- Strong time/task management skills
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive energy, outgoing personality
- Focused and disciplined job-first priority
- Comfortable collecting fees
- High level of organization and attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the clinical operations of the facility
- Create a positive therapeutic environment
- Maintain documentation in all aspects of client care including charts, case notes, and progress notes.
- Manage staff payroll
- Staff performance monitoring and reviews
- Strategic planning with clinic owners
- Communicating with contracted healthcare practitioners
- Tracking and ordering office supplies
- Greeting patients cordially and professionally
- Schedule patient appointments accurately
- Collecting payments and billing to insurance
- Maintain an efficient and organized office environment
- Organizing and running team social events
- Other support functions needed by team members as they arise
- Meet deadlines required by the facility and client needs. Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
