**Who we are looking for**:
We are currently seeking a Clinical Psychologist/Psychological Associate for full-time, part-time or temporary parental leave replacement at our head office in Ajax, ON.
- Status of a Registered Clinical Psychologist or Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). 
- A minimum of a Master's degree in clinical or counselling psychology, or equivalent, acceptable to CPO for registration, if not a Doctoral Degree.
- At least one year of clinical experience. 
- Registration to practice with a variety of client populations. The ability to work with children, adolescents, and adults is an asset, but may not be required. Supervision opportunities may exist to assist those who do not meet these criteria but wish to expand their practice areas.
- A good understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or ACT, and experience treating trauma and PTSD, an asset. 
- Clinical experience in several therapeutic models with a diverse approach to treatment and theoretical orientation. Experience and training in psychodynamic approaches and personality disorders are an asset.
- Assessment experience, including Med-Legal, WSIB, and/or psychoeducational assessments an asset.
- Those who have experience supervising clinical services of non-CPO members, or are able to do so within their areas of clinical competence, will be given priority.
- The ability to work independently and under pressure to meet timelines efficiently.
- Availability to work during standard business hours, with flexibility for some evening appointments. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as assessment and progress report writing are required. Proficiency in a second language is an asset but not required.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on an ongoing basis.
