**Responsibilities**:
Grant Writing Assistance:
Research grant opportunities relevant to the Training Centre's programs and initiatives.
Assist in the development and writing of grant proposals, including gathering necessary documentation and data.
Collaborate with program managers to ensure grant proposals align with organizational goals.
Maintain a database of grant opportunities, submissions, and deadlines.
Track and report on grant-related metrics and outcomes.
**Administrative Support**:
Provide general administrative support to the Training Centre team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Assist in organizing and coordinating training events, workshops, and seminars.
Prepare and distribute materials for training programs, including presentations, handouts, and evaluations.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases related to grants, programs, and participants.
Generate reports and summaries as needed for internal and external distribution.
Assist in compiling data and preparing reports for grant funders and regulatory agencies.
**Communication and Coordination**:
Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to grants, programs, and services offered by the Training Centre.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners.
Support marketing and outreach efforts related to grant-funded programs and initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, communications, nonprofit management) preferred.
Proven experience in grant writing, grant research, and grant management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with database management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of nonprofit organizations, training programs, and funding sources is a plus.
