We are not not looking for someone who isn't tough, the construction industry is tough, in that follow up and documentation is extremely important.

Someone who won't take no for an answer when it seems completely probable
- Peel the onion back more than 1 layer. There's always more to it. If the first answer you get it is no it can't be done, but to you it seems not just probable but likely, push for the desired result and understand under what circumstances your request is possible.

Research
- When doing research don't rely solely on ChatGPT or similar tools for a summary for an answer. Old school google, and reading a dozen links will usually present you with a large amount of repetitive info, but often a new kernel of information.. Sometimes a thread that you unravel and gets you something different.

Organizational skills
- Can handle multiple tasks under pressure
- doesn't need to be reminded of those tasks
- keeps meticulous notes on how they did what they did and what tasks they were asked to do
- can voice when they need clarification on what tasks are a priority as many will come their way.

Comes up with work themselves, such as identifying a problem, and working to find a solution to that problem. Often something that nobody else may notice now, but will have some negative impact in the future.
Out of box thinking, call it innovative by exploring thoughts and ideas that may be unconventional.

The job will involve the typical admin assistance work, research, followups and coordination with trades, project documentation or scheduling, some degree of personal admin work as well.

You're reporting directly to the president, you'll have the opportunity to learn first hand whats involved in property development and construction.

**Salary**: $40,929.00-$49,959.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
