**Summary**

The Project Coordinator is the inside voice of the Sales and Marketing Team. New clients and team members count on you to keep project workflows seamless and efficient. When new client work is flying in, you keep your cool and focus on the details, efficiently prioritizing and adjusting your workflow. You take full ownership over project plans and confidently navigate new client relationships.

As part of this role, you will also coordinate marketing activities for the Think Shift brand that are directly connected to the sales and marketing team’s strategic plan for 2023. You’ll work closely with the sales team to build and execute on various digital tactics as outlined in the marketing and communications plan, that are designed to reach the department’s goals and objectives.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**

40% Project Coordination (Think Shift Marketing Support)
- Together with the Think Shift Sales and Marketing team, assist in the development and execution of annual marketing and communication plans,
- Plan and coordinate meetings for content brainstorms, develop and manage the Think Shift marketing content calendar
- Coordinate Think Shift-focused digital marketing campaigns by working with sales, creative and digital teams
- Assist with the management of our marketing automation tool to send out newsletters
- Collaborate with various teams to create case studies and award show entries highlighting top client work
- Assist with the reporting on marketing campaign performance and subscriber content consumption
- Assist with the monitoring of website performance and work with various teams for continued website optimization
- Assist in developing a strong and engaging presence on social media
- Manage budget and implementation of annual marketing and communication plans for the Think Shift brand

**40% Project Coordination (New Client Support)**
- Manage administrative details and new client correspondence, supporting smooth progress of internal client workflows
- Open project tickets, organize project kickoffs and work with team to develop work requests, project plans, work-back schedules
- Assist in the preparation of agendas and client presentation materials
- Capture notes during meetings and circulate action items
- Create purchase orders for outside vendors ensuring all project inputs are billed appropriately
- Coordinate Stop Process and proofread all new client work prior to presentation with internal team
- Attend client discovery meetings to gain understanding of project success
- Provide updates to Management on project progress and potential issues??

**20% Project Coordination (Think Shift Sales Support)**
- Support sales team by assisting in developing sales assets, proposals and presentations
- Assist in the research market trends, account analysis, and new product information
- Develop industry specific knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications
- Assist the sales team throughout the proposal and pitch process
- Develop plans and coordinate marketing opportunities at various industry and agency events
- Represent and attend various industry and agency events as required
- Manage memberships, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities within the industry
- Support new business opportunities as required

**WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and tactics, advertising, communications, and design?
- Detail-oriented and organized, with emphasis on strong follow-through??
- Direct experience in a Client Services, Marketing, or Advertising role?
- Highly proactive and self-motivated, yet able to take direction?
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills?
- Strong project management abilities
- Experienced in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint?
- Agriculture industry experience is an asset?
- Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, ActOn, Pardot, MailChimp or other marketing automation platforms considered an asset
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynam
