**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of our SaaS platform to prospects based on their needs and priorities
- Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority
- Meet or exceed your monthly quota
- Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices

**Required Skills for Success**:

- Enterprise sales experience (selling to larger organizations 100 - 10,000+ employees)
- 2 - 5 Years experience in sales (bonus for SaaS, or B2B)
- Ability to speak with HR leaders and Executives eloquently and comfortably: experience with relationships at this level is a major asset
- Genuine customer empathy
- Outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections
- Can effectively move the needle in deal momentum with strong ability to advance the conversation
- Extremely organized and able to effectively manage a high velocity of prospects and deals in your pipeline
- Exceptionally strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable opening new conversations with new prospects, versatility in the sales lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to bring in new business; you’re a closer who loves to win

**Nice to have**:

- Bilingual (Spanish & English or French & English) will be considered an asset for this role

**Compensation**:The anticipated on target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including skills, experience and market demands. The OTE range listed includes base salary and commissions, which are dependent on performance.
