We're seeking a results-driven Software Account Executive who can contribute to our collaborative culture, working closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you'll drive revenue growth through managing the business activities, relationships, and revenue streams in your appointed territory to achieve sales revenue targets at the required profit margins. Locate new business opportunities and challenge the customer perspective, display the drive to succeed and bring vision and passion to the role when discussing our business solutions. Additionally, you will sell the entire range of company services to all key areas of the dental professional market, including both high street and mid-corporate businesses. Present thought-leading messages at trade shows and webinars, and collaborate with the wider company to align with our goals. **As a Software Account Executive your key responsibilities will include**:

- Identify new business opportunities and speak to decision-makers (business owners) to begin the new business sales process and have the core skills to maintain two-way communication through to close.
- Confidence in offering a unique perspective through educating and challenging prospects on issues that they didn’t know about their own industry or role.
- Ability to tailor the business conversation around understanding the customer’s business needs, identify the customer’s emotive need and value drivers and have the ability to challenge customer assumptions in a constructive and business-like fashion.
- Skilled in sales negotiation to overcome objections (including price) to hold value and sales margin.
- Close deals and win new business as quickly as possible.
- Own the new business performance of your assigned geographic territory.
- Maintain a sales performance in line with agreed monthly targets, as set out in your sales objectives.
- Self-create new business opportunities as required to hit monthly sales targets.
- Build & maintain strong working relationships with high-profile dentist advocates, and with Henry Schein field sales colleagues, in your region.
- Use the Software of Excellence CRM platform - keeping all account and activity records updated
- Manage pipeline against performance reporting KPIs, forecast accurately each month against sales target & ensure all performance reporting is 100% accurate
- Strictly adhere to the Company’s Management Information processes, meeting deadlines for reporting
- Presenting at customer events, Business Insight Seminars and Master Classes in your territory
- Attend all internal sales meetings, external trade events, educational customer seminars and conferences (including evening & some weekend attendance).
- Work with the On-Boarding Team to hand over newly won accounts to update on all relevant handover information to ensure successful software installation. Revisit new sales as necessary to (re)secure installation and/or the business.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to uncover new prospects and help them upsell/cross-sell additional products to existing customers in your region.
