Job Title: Account Executive - Cannabis Marketing

Company: Latched Creative

Location: Hybrid remote & office

**Salary**: $50,000 base salary + 5%-7% commission on closed accounts (recurring) tiered commissions

About Latched Creative:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business, and achieving revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Generate new business through a combination of provided leads (e.g., Facebook leads) and self-sourced opportunities
- Schedule and conduct a specified number of qualified meetings with prospects per day, week, and month
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns
- Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital marketing services to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or cannabis industry
- Experience working in a sales role at a Marketing Agency or Saas company is an Asset
- SEO knowledge an asset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus
