SHIPHYPE is looking for a **Full-Time Account Executive.**

**About SHIPHYPE**

SHIPHYPE is a 3PL/fulfillment provider based out of Toronto, Canada.

Our warehouses are located in Canada and USA, from which we provide B2B fulfillment services to eCommerce brands.

**What does that mean?**

Brands who are selling products online contract us for picking and packing their orders, to be shipped to their customers. These are brands who are selling direct-to-consumer through their websites (Shopify etc). Some of these are startups, but there's a good number of Mid-Market and Enterprise level clients as well.

The company is growing >100% YOY, and we have a ton of demand.

We have very strong marketing that works, and we need our sales team to match that.
We're simply looking for the best. Anyone who isn't a complete superstar won't survive here.

**About the Position**
As an Account Executive at SHIPHYPE, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads. You will qualify them, do demos, share pricing and ultimately close them.

Job also includes:

- Assessing and Qualifying Potential Leads
- Conducting Software Demos with Clients
- Preparing Price Plans and Agreements for Clients
- Conducting Daily Follow-Ups
- Improving the sales process
- Generating and providing reports
- Searching for new opportunities
- Collaborating with other teams
- Keeping CRM organized
- & More

- Loves to sell, and actually closes

- Follows up endlessly with every opportunity

**Minimum Requirements**
- Must have 3+ years experience of selling 3PL/Fulfillment services
- Proficient in consultative selling
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets
- Experience with CRM software

**Team Size**
- We currently have ~30 employees across 4 locations.
- Ours sales team is currently 2 people.

**Pay**
- $100-$140K (includes Commission and Benefits)

**Work Schedule**
- Full-Time availability required
- 24/7 availability required if clients need it

**Start Date**
- April 1st, 2024
