**Account Executive for a Global SaaS Technology Company**
We need a self-confident, goal-oriented person to join our sales team in Toronto.
Alertdriving® is the innovative leader in the global driver risk management space. Its world-class enterprise SaaS platform, FleetDefense®, helps reduce collisions, injuries, costs, and liability exposure for customers.
**Key responsibilities and skills**:
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality outcomes
- Comfortable solving problems autonomously within set guidelines and parameters
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Building relationships with customer Champions and Sponsors across numerous diverse industries
- A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things fueled by inherent curiosity
- An appreciation for well-established guidelines and procedures related to technical and quality standards
- Friendly, lively, and persuasive presentation style and skills
**Job Characteristics**:
- Hunting for enterprise-level net new opportunities and executing on win back strategies
- Navigating opportunities through a well-understood, consultative, customer-centric sales process
- Sales cycle management including prospecting, qualifying, product demos and building a business case
- Effectively explaining the complexities of a solution in easy-to-understand terms
- The ability to plan, prioritize and work independently and collaboratively on multiple opportunities
- Close working relationship with your sales leader and senior management
- Open communication style
**Relevant experience**:
- A post-secondary education and an interest in technology or a related field
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a selling, customer service or supply chain role
- Understanding how to build and leverage relationships to get things done
- This position is perfect for the individual that enjoys the challenges and rewards of winning new business
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and effectively communicating the value of our products.
