**preparing documents and correspondence including processing memos, letters, spreadsheets and department forms**. organizing and coordinating filing of documents. provide client services through fielding and directing public inquiries.Desired Skills & Experience
- Ability to inspire students to their highest levels of achievement and excellence.
- Experience enrolling students
- Knowledge and understanding of the professional career path and required education.
- Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
- 2+ years experience in admissions/enrollment in higher education

contacting, interviewing, and enrolling prospects who are interested in career training
- working closely with new Students to ensure they start their studies as scheduled
- generating referrals
- achieving monthly revenue goals ethically and compliantly
- oversee management of the recruitment funnel to drive high conversion rates from lead through to enrolment

**Required Skills**:

- Self-motivated and proactive
- Organized and punctual
- MS Word and Outlook
- Proficiency in more than one language can be an asset
- Good closer in sales
- Previous service sales like insurance/ membership sales etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,500.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 3 years (required)
- front desk in a pvt career college: 1 year (required)
- Accounting software: 2 years (required)
