As the Director of First Impressions/A/P Clerk, you will have a solid understanding of accounts payable and basic bookkeeping. Reporting to the onsite manager you would need to work as part of a team and independently given this is an evening position.
Our Directors of First Impressions are the welcoming face and voice of our business. We are looking for a person for Front Desk - Evenings
**3:30pm to 11:30pm** who is responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from greeting everyone with a smile to basic bookkeeping, telephone reception skills, organizing schedules, filing and responding to emergency calls. Shifts will be Saturday and Sunday with occasional relief other days as required.
Computer and basic accounting skills (debits and credits) skills are ESSENTIAL in SAGE50, excel. Attention to detail, being highly organized, reliable and having strong interpersonal skills are mandatory for this position. Also, the ability to tell a good joke, participate in social events and have musical talent would be beneficial.
