- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist with resolving guest issues or complaints
**Skills**:
- 2 years experience in front desk operations or customer service preferred
- Strong hospitality and guest service skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and maintaining professionalism in all communications
- A strong command of the English language is required
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems
