**The Opportunity**:
Located in the heart of the financial district at the Sun Life Building in downtown Montreal, this position will be a part of the Property Management team reporting to the Property Manager and the Regional Director, Tenant Services Marketing for a major Class A office portfolio. This position involves coordinating activities related to tenant services, communications and promotions.
**What You Will Do**:
- Assist in maintaining the branding of the portfolio buildings in all respects, i.e., signage, posters and communications and ordering of new signs.
- Maintain and update content for Captivate elevator media, website, etc.
- Support various teams for events related to vacant space leasing promotions. Assist in the coordination of tenant arrival/departure process.
- Order promotional material related to tenant events.
- Ensure excellent tenant relations through personal contact and outstanding customer service.
- Respond promptly to various requests or complaints with professionalism in accordance with BGO's Customer Relations Management policies and redirect to the appropriate point of contact.
- Coordinate tenant communications (memos, newsletters, etc.).
- Draft and forward correspondence to tenants.
- Assist with data compilation, lists, analysis and implementation of BGO and other surveys.
- Ensure timely distribution of annual survey and ensure full tenant participation.
- Prepare tenders for contracts and purchases for signage.
- Assist and promote sustainable initiatives, such as Alvéole and MicroHabitat, Earth Day, Car Free Day and coordinate the tenant committee regarding ESG initiatives.
- Assist in the coordination of events organized for or by tenants or staff.
- Coordinate the installation and disassembly of Christmas decorations and seasonal landscaping inside and out.
- Collaborate on community, social and charitable initiatives to ensure a commitment to good corporate citizenship.
- Coordinate background music for lobby, lounge, courtyard and carillon.
- Full understanding of and adherence to environmental policy, code of conduct and other policies and procedures relevant to the position from time to time.
- Other duties as required and assigned.
**Who You Are**:
- 5 years' experience in customer service, marketing, hospitality industry. Experience in the property management field a definite asset.
- **Relationship skills** - Ability to communicate orally and in writing, and to present self effectively and professionally; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with senior staff, contractors, tenants and the public; maintain confidentiality.
- **Organizational skills/multitasking** - Ability to effectively allocate time, work under pressure, and meet deadlines; ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities equally important, and ability to adapt to new ideas and ongoing changes.
- **Computer skills** - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- **Bilingual** - Excellent command of French and English because of frequent communication with tenants and colleagues in other Canadian offices (spoken and written)
- **Police Clearance**: A criminal verification check is required for employment
