We are currently looking for a
coordinator/rental agent for 2 residential complexes. The person will have to travel between the Sainte-Rose complex and that of Saint-Jérôme.

In addition to customer service and rental, the person will have to organize certain activities and events for the tenants' lifestyle.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to established policies, service offer and promotions, in conjunction with the property manager
- Follow up on prospects and complete the documents required for the rental
- Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary
- Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
- Receive potential customers
- Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms
- Responsible for tenants' lifestyle by organizing activities and events for tenants

**Administration**:

- Provide a high level of customer service
- Interact with clients, suppliers and residents
- Perform other related duties
- Produce required reports
- Support the general manager in his duties
- Transcribe correspondence
- Update different administrative forms and documents

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum experience in a sales or rental position in the real estate field
- High availability, evenings and weekends
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Good knowledge of the sector
