**Position**: Full-Time or Part-Time Accounting Administrator

**Employer**: Mid-West Group of Companies

**The Position**:We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team at the Mid-West Group of Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our OK Tire automotive stores in Saskatoon.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

2. Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payment of invoices.

3. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

4. Prepare financial statements for management.

5. Ensure financial records are in compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.

6. Provide support during audits and assist with other financial and administrative duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting administrator or in a similar financial role.

2. Comfortable using new accounting software.

3. Strong understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.

4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
