Saskatoon, Canada Great West Distribution Ltd Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated individual, energetic, professional, with strong administrative skills.

As an Admin Staff, you will primarily be responsible for assisting our team with some administrative needs, data entry, filing and other duties as may be assigned to you.

As an accounting clerk, you will be responsible for some of the accounting needs of the organization including issuing Invoices, Purchase Orders, work orders, data entry into Sage 50 and Excel etc.

Ideal attributes:

- Impeccable organizational skills
- Professional work attitude
- Knowledge of Sage 50 or experience with a computerized system of accounting is considered an asset.
- Can write business correspondence
- Knowledge of basic accounting is essential
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Understanding and/or experience with a Trucking and Warehousing industry is considered an asset
- Reliable

Qualifications:

- 6-12 months accounting experience (Accounts Receivable)
- Business Admin Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Sage 50 or any computerizes Software
- Good business correspondence skill
- Knowledgeable in a computerized work environment (Internet, MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Pubisher)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
