**Priorities**: Under the direction of the VP, coordinate, develop, implement and synchronize marketing activities. Help ensure maximum reach and value from the budget, work with media agencies to build strong marketing strategies and negotiate new and existing contracts with service providers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market products by developing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns
- Create, manage and measure all marketing activities
- Update and distribute marketing material such as product catalogues and brochures
- Analyze campaign results and brand strategy
- Compile market research and competitive info to identify consumer trends and opportunities
- Assist in collecting product images and videos
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and create content to engage our target audience
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends, competitors, and target audience to explore new marketing opportunities
- Oversea Lead management System and Response Efforts
- Create or manage Content for social media and manager community
- Remarketing activities to customer database segments ongoing
- Ensure consistency in all marketing and brand initiatives
- Capture product showcases that highlight products in new construction

**Required Skills/Job Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business admin, advertising, or communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with marketing tools and software such as CMS, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI
- Positive, helpful and determined mindset

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
