**Position Overview**

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing as the Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the inside sales, outside sales, estimating, project management, and structural teams in coordinating information, products, samples, data, and events. You will assist in setting up and maintaining multiple systems and programs to assist the sales organization along with events like Glass Day.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Offers coverage support for reception breaks/holidays/sick days.
- Creates SOPs for CRM/Construct Connect and initiatives in the sales department.
- Own the Client Relationship tree data collection.
- Training new team members on CRM and Construct Connect process.
- Acquire and maintain data relevant to the identification and pursuit of sales opportunities.
- Maintain lead generation data and system updates.
- Identify and analyze meaningful trends in data from CRM reports.
- Be involved with Glass Day execution.
- Ensures CRM data is being entered correctly and moved along through the process by the team.
- Administrative support to Director of Sales and Marketing on initiatives.
- Manage leads to sales team from all sources.
- Primary back-up reception coverage

- Sick day Coverage
- Samples coordinator
- Technical data requests
- Warranty data requests
- Processing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
- Back-up customer service

**Qualifications (Education, Experience, Training)**
- Glass manufacturing or building products industry experience an asset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for productive relationships
- Negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing process flow
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, diplomatic, and diligent
- Good math skills
- Able to think on your feet, sharp, dedicated, professional, results driven, autonomous worker.

**Working Conditions**

Standard Office:

- Comfortable indoor area.
- Comfortable environment with exposure to some dust, dirt or other conditions which might produce mild discomfort.
- Frequent, short periods when it is necessary to pay close attention to the monitoring of sight and sounds.
- Moderate mental demands due to one or more conditions which are present in the job. There may be noticeable pressure from simultaneous priorities and deadlines.

Manufacturing Plant:

- Temperature controlled indoor area.
- Comfortable environment with exposure to some dust, dirt or other conditions which might produce mild discomfort.
- Frequent, short periods when it is necessary to pay close attention to the monitoring of sight and sounds.
- Safety sensitive environment with mobile equipment and overhead cranes
- Physically demanding job requiring one to stand for extended periods of time.
- Most departments have a requirement to lift 50lbs. throughout shift.

**Quantitative Dimensions**
- This role does not have any direct reports.

Compensation ranges from $60,000-$70,000 annually depending on experience.
