**Position Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator**

**Location: Markham, Ontario**

**Job Type: Minimum of **15 months contract with full-time hours and the possibility to change to a permanent position**

**GENERAL FUNCTION**:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are:
**Marketing Support**
- Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Develop branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs and promotional materials.
- Assist with Graphic Design for Banner Ads, Brochures, Website, Presentations, Social Media, and Pronto Avenue.
- When required, complete market research to find answers about customer requirements, habits, and trends.
- Identify new marketing channels that can be used to promote the corporate brand.

**Social Media**
- Maintain the corporate website and ensure that it is up-to-date and relevant to the products and services offered by Corrosion Service (CSCL).
- Maintain and manage the social media channels, and ensure that new relevant content is posted on a regular basis.

**Sales Support**
- Maintain the corporate sell sheets and ensure that they are up-to-date and distributed throughout the organization.
- Manage and follow-up quotations documents and client-facing proposal ligature.
- Organize the corporate event programs;
- Assist with the execution of Trade Shows to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist them in creating brand awareness and execute on sales campaigns.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- University graduate/College graduate, preferably in communications, graphic design, and/or English.
- One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills. Ability to write copy for promotional materials.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Strong creative skills.
- Graphic design skills with the ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator, lnDesign, WordPress, and the Adobe suite of programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
