Sales and Marketing Manager

OR Computer Solutions is looking to add a Sales and Marketing Manager to join its growing team. This individual with their sales expereise, marketing knowledge, customer management skills and excitment for technology will be delivering innovative business solutions that will support the organizations' growth to the next level. In this role, you will be asked to prospect and identify new business opportunities by identifying specific challenges and recommend tailored solutions to solve.

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Direct, B2B sales of internet connectivity products, solutions and services including but not limited to Fixed Wireless, Fiber, DSL, Cable, LTE and SD-WAN.
- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation marketing campaigns and through social media techniques.
- Stay current with new propositions, service offerings, and market trends
- Build and grow relationships with key decision makers
- Create and present multi product solution opportunities
- Market: Primary focus on mid-market ($10M - $1B size) with eye on large enterprise.
- Contacting prospective customers and create new sales opportunities
- Discover and develop general market research including competitive analysis
- Coordination of materials and promotional items
- Create campaigns and presentations
- Website and social media management, updating content and information
- Assist with development of social media campaigns
- Work directly with the VP to develop and coordinate consultative marketing materials to directly engage prospective clients
- Manage and track sales inquires
- Ensuring excellent communication and timely follow ups
- Support all special projects, as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a B2B sales environment
- Degree or Diploma in Technology, Marketing or Business is preferred
- Previous experience in related sales or marketing field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
- Understanding of website maintenance & online marketing tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player, independent thinker
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Preparation/participation in Trade shows
- Strong computer skills utilizing MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience utilizing Photoshop programs
- Interaction with clients
