Reporting to the Executive Director, the Coordinator is accountable for scheduling and supporting Board and committee meetings including agendas, meeting materials, and minutes. The position liaises with CHAA’s board and members to disseminate time sensitive and confidential information regarding our strategic priorities. This position handles logístical and travel arrangements for meetings, manages the Executive Director’s calendar, and maintains and organizes CHAA’s files and records. NOTE: This position can increase to a higher FTE and is amenable to hybrid/remote work.

**Required Qualifications**:
Related post-secondary diploma (office administration, business). Five or more years of progressively responsible work experience in an executive, senior leadership, or board environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly developed organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workload, timelines, and deliverables. Highly proficient with Office Suite, Teams, and meeting technologies. High standards of ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience working in health or social care, seniors’ services, government, or a not-for-profit environment. Familiarity or experience with boards is considered an asset.
