Office Administrator

CASL Surface Technologies is a corrosion and wear solutions provider with over 25 years of experience, and we are looking to add to our growing team at our Fort Saskatchewan Facility
**Office Administrator**
As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, and other transactions as required. Daily tasks include data entry, working with CASL's ERP system, and collaborating with the office and shop team. Additional duties may include exposure to additional elements of customer service such as quotations, order entry, and invoicing.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service and/or office administration and comfortable communicating to external parties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Technical training/post-secondary courses are beneficial, but are not required
- Experience in mining, oil & gas, and similar industries are beneficial, but are not required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 40 per week
