Receptionist

**Massage Wellness** is seeking a **Receptionist **for our Fort McMurray, AB office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting and assist all patients, providing a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for the clinic.
- Answer incoming calls and schedule/manage appointments
- Work effectively in an environment that requires multitasking.
- Answering basic questions about insurance benefits and policies, as well as submitting electronic claims on behalf of the patient.
- Managing general cleanliness of the reception area and treatment rooms.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service to all visitors.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all client information.
- Escorting patients into the appropriate treatment room while they wait for their Massage practitioner
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in related field a plus. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must possess or be able to obtain the minimum State required for this position: typing; reading; writing; Verbal/Written communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
